How fresh is it?
Each business evening (around 7 p.m. Central) we send that day's filings.
Do you charge sales tax?

Can I use this for tenant screening, credit, insurance or hiring?
No. We are not a consumer reporting agency. Using our data for tenant screening, credit, insurance, employment or any other FCRA purpose is prohibited.
