Public-record sources

We compile records that Texas courts and county clerks make public (for example, eviction filings and notices of trustee sale). We do not include Social Security numbers, dates of birth, financial account numbers, minors' names, or sealed, guardianship or mental-health matters. We do not include tenant (defendant) names in eviction leads, and we do not provide skip-traced phone numbers or other contact data from commercial data vendors.

Not for screening

We are not a consumer reporting agency. Our data may not be used for tenant screening, credit, insurance, employment or any other FCRA purpose.

Suppression

Anyone named in our feed can ask us to suppress or correct their record by emailing grant@yesterdaysfilings.com. We will respond promptly, and suppressed records stay suppressed in future deliveries.

No sensitive inferences

We do not infer or sell race, ethnicity, religion, health, sexuality, or citizenship or immigration status.

Security

We maintain a written information security program with administrative, technical and physical safeguards.
